Cross Country on Monday

Looking forward to our annual Cross Country Meet on Monday, October 6 at Malden Park.

Just a few points to consider: 

1. Our morning events (B Division schools) will begin at 10:00 a.m. with our afternoon events (A Division schools) beginning at 2:00 p.m.
2. There is absolutely NO PARKING ALLOWED along Matchette Rd. The police will issue tickets. There is ample parking at Mic Mac Park across the road. 
3. Be sure your child is prepared with:
•  running shoes (TIED UP)
•  clothing appropriate for running according to the weather conditions
•  healthy snacks and water
•  inhalers / epi-pens if your child requires (should be given your child's coach)
4. A concession stand will be available. Gatorade, water and a few snack items will be sold. 
5. Please listen to AM800 CKLW in the morning for any weather-related scheduling changes.
